Starting Monday, Sept. 15, the City of Mountain View’s free, public outdoor Wi-Fi service in the Downtown corridor (MVWiFi) will be unavailable for a significant system upgrade. There will be no Wi-Fi service on Monday, Sept. 15 and Tuesday, Sept. 16, and the service will be restored in stages over the next 7-10 days as the current equipment is replaced.
Indoor Wi-Fi services will remain available at the Mountain View Public Library, Mountain View Senior Center, Mountain View Community Center, and The View Teen Center.
The City appreciates the public’s patience while this major system work for the public Wi-Fi network is completed.
