The 2026 Mountain View minimum wage is now $19.70, which went into effect on Jan. 1. This is a $0.50 increase from the 2025 rate.

The annual minimum wage rate adjustment is based on the Consumer Price Index in the San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward area.
