Calling Mountain View Businesses!

With the 2026 professional football championship game happening nearby at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday, February 8, the City of Mountain View is planning a full week of fan-friendly activities, promotions, and community events February 2–8, 2026, including a City-hosted event on Saturday, February 7.

We want to highlight local businesses that are hosting watch parties, offering game-week specials, or creating fun, football-themed promotions—and that’s where you come in.

If you’re hosting a watch party, offering game-week specials, or planning a fun activation, we want to feature you. Share your plans using the form so we can add you to the Fan Fest Map and highlight your business in City promotions.

By sharing your plans, your business can:

  • Be featured on a Mountain View Football Fan Fest Map embedded on the City’s website (Google Map)

  • Be included in City promotions and marketing

  • Reach visitors, residents, and fans looking for places to eat, drink, stay, and celebrate

  • Take advantage of increased foot traffic during a major regional event

This is a great opportunity to promote your business, try out creative specials, and connect with both locals and visitors during an exciting week for the region. We’re super excited to showcase all that Mountain View has to offer!

  • To protect your business and stay compliant, please keep these guidelines in mind when planning specials, events, or public screenings:

  • DOs

    • Use approved & generic language: Football Fan Fest, Big Game, Championship Game, Football Championship

    • Create football-themed promotions: watch parties, game-day menus, themed drinks & desserts, catering deals, hotel specials

    • Use generic imagery & hashtags: footballs, fields, trophies, team colors (no logos), #FootballFanFest, #TheBigGame, #ChampionshipWeek

    • Follow broadcast rules: commercial TV package for large or multiple screens, over-the-air antenna only within size limits, confirm rights with provider

    ❌ DON’Ts

    • Use NFL trademarks: Super Bowl, Super Bowl LX, NFL, team names, team logos, league logos

    • Imply official affiliation: NFL-sponsored, official watch party, official team event

    • Use personal streaming services: personal YouTube TV, Hulu, Peacock, or similar

    • Host large-scale fan events: street closures, ticketed events, festival-style activations

    Trademark enforcement is active: violations can result in takedowns, cease-and-desist letters, or fines.
