As part of Mountain View’s certified 2023-31 Housing Element Program 3.2, the City will be evaluating the Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance (MHRSO) such that allowed rent increases are consistent with or less than comparable jurisdictions with rent stabilization for mobile home parks. The review may result in potential amendments to the MHRSO.  As part of the process, the City will host community meetings to receive community input.
